SAAS Summit
SAAS Summit is a biannual thought leadership series convening the extended Seattle Academy community around pressing global issues, from climate change and entrepreneurship to the impact of artificial intelligence. I led content and communications strategy, helping shape each Summit as a cohesive, multi-platform experience that extended well beyond the room.
My Role and Scope:
- Content and communications strategy for a flagship thought leadership series
- Narrative development aligned with institutional values and priorities
- Series branding and identity (logo development, visual system)
- Integrated promotion across microsite, social, print, email, video, and community outreach
- Speaker and panelist preparation, including pre-event calls and moderator support
- Primary day-of liaison for keynote speakers and panelists
- Launch and stewardship of a new speaker engagement tier (Summit Circle)

Integrated Promotion
I managed coordinated promotion across a dedicated microsite, social media, print publications, email newsletters, video, and community outreach, ensuring a consistent narrative before, during, and after each event.
Speaker Experience and Alumni Engagement
I worked closely with speakers and moderators to prepare them for the event, shape conversations, and create a welcoming, values-aligned experience that activated a powerful network of civic, creative, and industry leaders.
Summit Circle Launch
I helped launch Summit Circle, a new engagement tier for past and present speakers designed to deepen relationships through exclusive pre-Summit gatherings and peer networking.
Pre- and Post-Event Storytelling
Complementary storytelling extended each Summit’s impact through hype reels, keynote recordings, and written and video profiles of speakers shared before and after the event.
